At The Window Film, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your film is not the perfect fit for your home, you can return unused and uncut products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the film and place it back into its original protective tube packaging to ensure it remains crease-free during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the tube and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned film for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
